We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Supervisor to join our bubbly team. As a Field Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in providing spot checks, new assessments and care plans. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing high-quality care. Duties:
- Supervise and support care staff members
- Develop and implement care plans for clients
- Conduct regular assessments to ensure the well-being and safety of clients
- Monitor and maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operations
- Provide guidance and support to staff members, including training and development opportunities
- Address any issues or concerns raised by clients or their families in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in senior care or a related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in IT systems and applications relevant to care operations
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and have own vehicle
