Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to evaluate product performance and user engagement.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau and Power BI to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and business analysts to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
- Design and optimize databases using Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and other database management systems to support analytical needs.
- Conduct comprehensive business analysis to understand user behaviors, market trends, and operational challenges.
- Manage projects related to data analysis initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget while adhering to SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) best practices.
- Utilize programming languages such as R, Python, VBA, Bash (Unix shell), and analysis tools like Visio for data manipulation, scripting, and process documentation.
Skills
- Proficiency in Tableau and Power BI for creating interactive dashboards and visual reports.
- Strong project management skills with experience overseeing multiple analytical projects simultaneously.
- Solid understanding of SDLC processes for developing scalable analytics solutions.
- Expertise in SQL programming for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
- Experience working with databases such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, including database design principles.
- Knowledge of data analysis techniques combined with excellent analysis skills to interpret complex datasets effectively.
- Familiarity with statistical programming languages like R and Python for advanced analytics.
- Ability to design efficient database schemas and optimize queries for performance.
- Skills in business analysis to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
- Experience with Visio for process mapping and documentation purposes.
- Knowledge of VBA scripting for automation within Excel or other Office applications.
- Basic understanding of Bash (Unix shell) scripting for data processing tasks.
