Management Position – Culmhead Caravans
Join Our Family-Run Business!
Culmhead Caravans is a well-established, family-run caravan sales business, and we’re looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our team in a management role.
We receive new caravan stock every day, so we’re looking for someone who can take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the site while the owner is out sourcing and collecting stock.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing all caravan stock coming in and going out.
- Overseeing the day-to-day operation of the site.
- Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with customers.
- Selling caravans and helping customers find the right one for their needs.
- Managing social media platforms and assisting with marketing to promote new stock and the business.
- Ensuring the site is organised, professional, and running efficiently.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in sales and management (caravan or motor trade experience is preferred).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage stock effectively.
- Experience with social media and marketing.
- A self-motivated, reliable individual who can work independently and take responsibility.
Working Hours:
- 5-6 days per week.
- Monday to Friday, plus Saturdays.
- 9:00am - 5:00pm.
- All work is based on-site at Culmhead Caravans.
