Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and aromatherapy massages tailored to each client's needs.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their health concerns, preferences, and treatment goals.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments or wellness routines.
- Keep detailed records of treatments provided, client progress, and any relevant health information.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and clinic productivity.
- Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and continuing education opportunities to enhance your skills.
Requirements
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Massage Therapist.
- Proven experience providing professional massage therapy services in a clinical or spa setting.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various massage techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen attentively and empathize with clients.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in client care.
- Physical stamina to perform massages that require standing for extended periods and applying consistent pressure.
- Nice-to-have skills include familiarity with alternative therapies such as reflexology or aromatherapy, as well as experience working with diverse client populations.

Pay: £12.71-£42.96 per hour
