About the Role
Flow Gardeners is a fast-growing, eco-conscious gardening company based in South East London. We’re looking for enthusiastic, experienced Gardeners to join our friendly team and help care for a wide variety of private gardens with precision, creativity, and pride.
This hands-on, outdoor role involves maintaining beautiful garden spaces through weeding, pruning, shaping, planting, and lawn care. You'll work independently and in small teams, supported by digital scheduling tools and a collaborative work culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance private residential gardens to a high standard
- Carry out seasonal plant care, pruning, shaping, and lawn maintenance
- Monitor plant health and report any issues
- Use smartphones and scheduling software to manage tasks
- Communicate clearly with clients and colleagues
- Work efficiently across multiple garden sites per week
Who We Are Looking For
- Practical experience in horticulture or professional gardening
- Solid plant knowledge and confidence with seasonal tasks
- Physically fit and reliable for outdoor, active work
- Friendly, punctual, and comfortable using smartphones
- Based in or able to travel across South East London, driving licence not required
