Braddicks Leisure is seeking an amusement arcade supervisor to join its small team in Westward Ho!
You will play a crucial role in ensuring a fun and safe environment for all guests and customers.
Your responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing a small team and maintaining equipment.
Here’s a breakdown of key duties and skills required for this position –
Customer/Guest Engagement - Interact with customers and guests to enhance their experience and address any concerns or feedback promptly.
Operational Oversight - Monitor the arcade floor to ensure all games and attractions are functioning properly and safely.
Inventory Management - Keep track of game supplies, tokens, and merchandise, ensuring adequate stock levels.
Safety Compliance - Enforce safety regulations and protocols to maintain a secure environment for customers, guests and team members.
Essential Skills
Leadership - Ability to motivate and supervise a diverse team effectively.
Communication - Strong verbal and written skills for interacting with guests and staff.
Problem-Solving – Quick thinking to address issues as they arise, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Customer Service – A friendly and approachable demeanour to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Technical Knowledge – Familiarity with arcade games and equipment for troubleshooting and maintenance.
