About the Role:
As a Shop Supervisor, you will manage store operations and lead the retail and repair team. You will drive store performance, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage retail and repair staff
✅ Meet financial goals by analysing variances and initiating corrective actions
✅ Assist in preparing annual budgets, formulating pricing policies, and scheduling expenditures
✅ Ensure correct pricing and effective product displays
✅ Recruit, coach, counsel, discipline, and train employees
✅ Identify market trends to attract customers
✅ Ensure products are clean and ready for display
✅ Maintain stock levels and ensure availability of products
✅ Oversee promotions to align with company standards
✅ Enforce health & safety standards and maintain store cleanliness
✅ Monitor local competitors and market activity
✅ Organise and manage staff schedules
✅ Motivate and encourage sales staff to achieve targets
✅ Handle customer complaints, issues, and questions
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Retail supervisory experience (team leader/management experience preferred)
✅ Strong leadership and communication skills
✅ Proven ability to meet sales targets and KPIs
✅ Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
✅ Flexibility to work weekends and varied shifts
✅ Interest in mobile phones and tech accessories is an advantage
