Repairs & Asset Controller
Full time, Monday to Friday
Salary: £38,700-£44,500 per annum
Location: Hybrid with regular site presence in Wokingham, Berkshire
Avia Technique, a busy and growing aviation safety and survival maintenance centre, is seeking a Repair & Asset Controller to join our Product Sales department. Reporting to the Components Manager, the role will manage repair flow, WIP, and asset availability, helping to maximise operational performance and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage repair output against plan, TATs, and completion dates.
- Maintain visibility and control of WIP and ageing assets.
- Ensure asset availability supports customer demand and sales activity.
- Resolve operational issues and escalate risks when required.
- Coordinate activities across sites and departments to drive performance.
About You
You will ideally have:
· Previous experience within an operations, supply chain, MRO, aviation, or engineering environment.
· Strong planning, organisational, and coordination skills.
· Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
· Confidence working across multiple stakeholders and departments.
· Experience managing workflows, assets, inventory, or repair activities.
· A proactive and structured approach to work.
· The ability to adapt and prioritise in a dynamic environment
