Senior Sous Chef – FULL TIME, PERMANENT (48 hours contract)
£50,000 - £58,000 per annum inc tronc

What we’re looking for:
· Previous experience as a Senior Sous Chef or strong Sous Chef in a reputable restaurant or hotel kitchen
· Strong cooking skills and a genuine passion for quality ingredients and great food
· Confidence supporting the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
· Experience leading, training and motivating a kitchen team
· Ability to manage busy services while staying calm, organised and professional
· Strong understanding of food safety, kitchen standards and stock control
· Good communication skills and a positive, supportive team attitude
· Strong attention to detail and pride in consistent standards
· A hands-on approach and willingness to get stuck in wherever needed
