As a Senior Recruitment Partner, you will take ownership of senior and highly specialised recruitment campaigns, partnering closely with clients and candidates to deliver tailored hiring solutions. This is a relationship-focused role where your expertise, market insight and sourcing capability will make a genuine impact on business success and candidate careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns for senior and highly technical vacancies.
- Identify, engage and attract high-quality talent through a range of sourcing channels.
- Conduct in-depth candidate screening and assess suitability against client requirements.
- Create and present diverse, well-qualified candidate shortlists within agreed timescales.
- Build and nurture talent pools to support current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with clients through vacancy briefings, recruitment planning and hiring advice.
- Share market insight, recruitment trends and talent intelligence with stakeholders.
- Manage offers and onboarding activities to ensure a positive experience for candidates and clients.
- Maintain accurate records across recruitment systems and platforms.
- Contribute to continuous improvement through learning, development and knowledge sharing.

- Experience recruiting senior-level and highly technical professionals.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Advanced sourcing capability across job boards, social media and professional networks.
- Strong interviewing, assessment and candidate evaluation skills.
- Excellent written communication, verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment best practice, compliance and market trends.
- Confidence using applicant tracking systems, recruitment technology and CRM platforms.
- Strong organisation skills, attention to detail and workload management.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and provide trusted recruitment advice.
