What you'll be doing:
- Respond to customer enquiries with accurate, timely information
- Handle inbound sales and make outbound calls to both new and existing customers
- Process customer orders with 100% accuracy
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure customers receive the right products on time
- Process purchase orders and liaise with our logistics team to coordinate deliveries
- Advise customers on the most suitable products for their needs and specifications
