About the Role
Aurum Business Solutions is looking for an organized and proactive Operations Coordinator (m/f/d) to support the smooth delivery of day to day business activities. You will coordinate internal processes, maintain accurate records, work with different teams, and help ensure projects and operational tasks are completed efficiently.
This is a hands on mid level position suited to someone who enjoys solving problems, improving workflows, and keeping multiple priorities moving forward. You will work closely with colleagues, clients, and external partners while helping the wider team maintain high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Coordination: Coordinate daily administrative and operational activities across internal teams and ensure important tasks are completed on schedule.
Process Management: Monitor existing workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and consistency.
Project Support: Assist with project planning, timelines, documentation, meeting coordination, and progress tracking.
Stakeholder Communication: Communicate with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and service providers to resolve operational issues and keep activities moving.
Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records, prepare regular reports, update operational documents, and ensure information is readily available to relevant teams.
Problem Solving: Identify operational challenges, investigate issues, and coordinate practical solutions with the appropriate colleagues.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in operations, administration, project coordination, business support, or a related professional environment.
Organisation: Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and ongoing tasks without losing attention to detail.
Communication: Confident written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.
Technology: Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and able to learn new business systems quickly.
Analytical Skills: Able to review information, identify problems, and make sensible recommendations for improving processes.
Mindset: You are dependable, practical, and proactive. You take ownership of your responsibilities and look for ways to make everyday operations more efficient.
Pay: £2,200.00-£2,900.00 per month
