Join our vibrant team as a Swimming Pool Attendant and be the welcoming face that ensures a safe, clean and enjoyable aquatic environment for all guests. We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable Pool Attendants to help create a safe, clean and enjoyable environment for our guests at Monkey Tree Holiday Park.
This is offered on a Seasonal Contract until September 2026, with the potential to extend based on performance. The hours for this position are offered on a variable hour’s basis which means flexibility is essential.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fun, fast-paced holiday park where no two days are the same.
What You'll Be Doing
- Ensuring guests follow pool rules and safety guidance.
- Carrying out regular poolside checks and reporting any hazards.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness in and around the pool facilities.
- Setting up and tidying pool furniture and equipment.
- Assisting guests with general enquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Monitoring pool occupancy and ensuring facilities are used safely.
- Reporting maintenance issues or incidents promptly.
- Working closely with the wider holiday park team to deliver an excellent guest experience.
We're Looking For Someone Who Is
- Friendly, approachable and enjoys working with people.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
- Confident enforcing pool rules in a professional manner.
- Able to remain calm under pressure.
- Flexible to work weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
- Passionate about providing outstanding customer service.
- Previous experience in a leisure, hospitality or customer service role
