Vehicle Technician / Mechanic - Ribblesdale, Settle

We are expanding our team in Settle as we prepare for the arrival of LEPAS - an exciting new automotive franchise coming to Ribblesdale.
As part of this next stage of growth, we are looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join our workshop team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician who takes pride in their work and would like to become part of an established local business at a particularly exciting time.
The role
Working as part of our workshop team, you will carry out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and repairs across a variety of vehicles, helping us maintain the high standards our customers expect.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Vehicle servicing and routine maintenance
- Mechanical and electrical fault diagnosis
- Vehicle repairs
- Inspections and health checks
- Identifying additional work where appropriate
- Accurately recording completed work
- Working closely with the wider service team
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer care
About you
We would like to hear from technicians who are experienced, conscientious and comfortable working as part of a professional workshop team.
Ideally, you will have a recognised automotive qualification such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, together with practical experience working as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic.
An MOT licence would be advantageous, although not essential.
You should also hold a full UK driving licence.
