Duties
- Oversee daily management of team members, assigning tasks and monitoring performance to ensure productivity and quality standards are met
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment, vehicles, and facilities to prevent issues and ensure optimal functioning
- Drive company vehicles as needed for transportation of personnel or materials, adhering to all safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and external partners to coordinate activities and resolve issues promptly
- Implement safety protocols and conduct regular safety inspections to create a secure working environment
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, vehicle logs, and operational reports for accountability and compliance
- Support training initiatives by mentoring new staff and providing ongoing guidance on best practices
Skills
- Proven management experience with the ability to lead teams efficiently and motivate staff toward common goals
- Strong maintenance knowledge to identify issues early and coordinate repairs or replacements effectively
- Valid driving license with a clean record; experience operating various types of vehicles is preferred
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate clear dialogue with team members, clients, and management
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Problem-solving mindset with the capacity to adapt quickly to changing circumstances
