We’re expanding our team and are looking for a motivated, hands-on individual to join us. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a creative, fast-paced environment where every day brings something new. From supporting our warehouse operations to helping deliver and install beautifully designed show homes across the country, you’ll play an important role in ensuring our projects run smoothly and to the highest standard.
This role is based at our Head Office in Redditch, Worcestershire.

What you’ll be doing:
- Assembling furniture ready for show home installations
- Receiving, checking, and organising goods
- Driving a van to complete deliveries when needed
- Assisting on-site with installations of show homes
- Being prepared for occasional overnight stays
- Checking the quality of incoming deliveries
- Handling goods safely, including large, heavy, or delicate items
- Managing and organising stock within the warehouse
- Loading and unloading deliveries
What we’re looking for:
- A team player with strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable with physical tasks and manual handling
- Forklift licence (preferred)
- HBF or CSCS accreditation (preferred)
- Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
- Physical stamina and reliability
