Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and friendly Restaurant Server to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, delivering exceptional guest service while ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a lively atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, providing detailed descriptions of dishes and specials
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring timely communication with kitchen staff and bartenders
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Assist guests with menu selections, upselling items to enhance their experience and increase sales
- Ensure food safety standards are upheld during food preparation, serving, and handling
- Maintain a clean and organized service station, including tables, utensils, and condiments
- Address guest inquiries promptly and resolve any issues to ensure complete satisfaction
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant serving roles preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for processing orders and payments accurately
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Allergies and policies.
