Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and reliable Early Morning Cleaners to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients’ premises are spotless and well-maintained at the start of each day. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment for staff and visitors alike.
Duties
- Perform thorough commercial cleaning of designated areas early in the morning before business hours begin
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces to meet high standards of cleanliness
- Empty bins and dispose of waste responsibly in line with company policies
- Restock cleaning supplies and ensure equipment is maintained in good working order
- Follow health and safety procedures diligently during all cleaning activities
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Maintain a tidy workspace and ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work preferred
- Ability to work early mornings consistently and reliably
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude towards cleanliness standards
- Good physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift during shifts
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within scheduled timeframes
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and work independently or as part of a team
- A positive attitude and commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene
