We're looking for a passionate and proactive Job Coach to support young people with learning difficulties and/or disabilities to thrive in the workplace.
Working closely with interns, employers, and our Supported Internship Lead, you'll provide personalised support that builds confidence, develops employability skills, and helps learners progress towards paid employment.
