We’re looking for a Document Controller to support large, multi-site projects across North Wales and the Northeast and Northwest of England, ensuring all project documentation is compliant, accurate, and fully traceable.
In this role, you’ll act as the key link between our internal teams and the Main Works Contractor’s document control function. You’ll ensure all contractual documentation is managed in line with National Grid policies and procedures.
Working closely with project teams, you’ll coordinate document reviews and approvals, track changes, and maintain robust version control to ensure a clear and auditable record. You’ll also oversee document distribution to relevant stakeholders and manage the SharePoint site.
We’re particularly interested in someone who can proactively identify opportunities for improvement and recommend enhancements to current processes and systems.
This role offers flexible working, with 1–2 days per week on-site alongside hybrid working from home.
