Job Summary
12 hours spread over Friday and Saturday nights .We are looking for someone to join our team as a Bar Staff member, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and foster a welcoming environment.
- Take orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems and handle cash or card transactions efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering strictly to safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- Restock bar supplies regularly to ensure all ingredients and tools are available for service.
- Monitor guest behavior responsibly, ensuring compliance with alcohol service laws and promoting responsible drinking.
- Collaborate with team members to manage busy periods smoothly while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and serving standards.
- Strong understanding of safety practices and hygiene regulations.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Ability to communicate clearly with team members and guests in a lively setting.
