We're looking for a Fixed Term (12-month) Senior Finance Business Partner to join our team. This role is based out of our London (Shoreditch) office 2 days a week (minimum) and reports into the Head of Finance Business Partnering.

What is the purpose of the Senior Finance Business Partner?
As Senior Finance Business Partner, you will be a trusted adviser to Directors and senior leaders across Engagement & Fundraising, Communications, Strategy & Transformation and Policy & Change; helping shape decisions on how funds are invested to maximise the NSPCC's impact for babies, children and young people. Through robust financial leadership, insight and challenge, you'll ensure resources are directed to where they can make the greatest difference and help deliver our mission to protect children.
What will you be doing as a Senior Finance Business Partner?
- Business partner with Senior Management to develop an in depth knowledge of their Directorate/Departments and to support achievement of strategic objectives
- Lead annual planning, budgeting and forecasting processes, helping senior leaders allocate resources effectively
- Manage and contribute to the delivery of month end; provide insightful analysis of financial performance, translating data into clear recommendations and actions for senior stakeholders
- Prepare and deliver consolidated financial monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc operational performance reporting packs
- Maintain the integrity of NSPCC finances ensuring compliance with appropriate accounting standards, financial regulations and internal procedures
- Work collaboratively with other Senior Finance Business Partners to identify process improvements and projects
- Manage, supervise and coach a team of Finance Business Partners.
