Jason Kirby Ltd is looking for experienced and reliable painters and decorators to join our established team in Cambridge.
We offer consistent year-round work, excellent earning potential, a company van, professional Mirka dust-extraction sanding systems, branded workwear and predominantly local projects within a 25-mile radius of Cambridge.

We are looking for experienced decorators who take pride in their work, can consistently deliver a high standard of finish and are able to maintain a productive working pace while completing works within allocated timescales.
This is an experienced position and applicants must have a minimum of 5 years’ continuous, recent professional painting and decorating experience.
We are open to both employed and CIS arrangements for the right candidates.
Applicants must demonstrate:
- Minimum of 5 years’ continuous, recent professional painting and decorating experience
- Painting and decorating must have been their primary occupation throughout this period, rather than occasional decorating work alongside other trades or employment
- Proven experience working on high-quality residential and commercial projects
- Excellent preparation and finishing skills
- Good knowledge of professional paint systems and materials
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain a productive pace without compromising quality
- Ability to manage their own workload and complete works within allocated timescales
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High standards of workmanship and attention to detail
- Clean and organised working practices, including professional protection of clients’ properties
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional attitude and smart appearance
- Full clean UK driving licence
- Strong references
