We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual to join our team as an Account Manager/Partnership Executive at our office in Guildford. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our key clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our business. Responsibilities include:
- Onboarding new advertisers to take advantage of our 550m user reach.
- Managing accounts for key clients, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring their needs are met.
- Conducting regular client meetings and communication to gather feedback, provide updates, and address any concerns.
- Handling invoicing for clients on a weekly/monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Performing general administrative tasks to support the day-to-day operations of the business.
- Providing excellent customer service through phone and in-person interactions, fostering positive relationships with clients.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in account management or customer service is preferred but not required.
