This role is responsible for overseeing the effective and efficient delivery of operational processes across research HR administration, finance, and Health & Safety (T100). It supports the Head of Operations in ensuring the smooth running of the Directorate, enabling academic and research staff to achieve their objectives.
The role provides comprehensive operations and resourcing support across the Institute, ensuring full compliance with policies and procedures. It includes line management of two Operations Administrators, promoting strong and collaborative working relationships, and proactively identifying and escalating any potential people-related issues.
You'll be an experienced operations or HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys making processes more efficient. Highly organised and proactive, you're confident managing a broad range of operational responsibilities across HR, finance, compliance and administration, while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
