Deeside Motor Centre is an established independent dealership and Volvo specialist based in Deeside, North Wales.
We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join our busy workshop. With around 60 vehicles in stock and a target of 30-40 retail sales per month, there is a consistent and varied workload.
This role offers a mixture of servicing, diagnostics, fault finding and mechanical repairs across a wide range of makes and models. It is not solely a vehicle preparation role, and there is plenty of opportunity for a technician who enjoys diagnostics and more complex repairs.
Responsibilities
- Vehicle servicing and maintenance
- Diagnostics and fault finding
- Timing belts and timing chains
- Clutches, brakes and suspension repairs
- Vehicle inspections and health checks
- MOT preparation and repairs
- Preparing retail vehicles to a high standard
- Maintaining accurate job records
- Working efficiently whilst maintaining quality workmanship

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years workshop experience
- Strong mechanical knowledge
- Diagnostic experience preferred
- MOT Tester qualification advantageous but not essential
- Full UK driving licence
Pay: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
