Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and trustworthy Laundry & Linen Change Assistant to help prepare residential properties by changing bed linen and transporting used bedding to a local laundrette.
This role is ideal for someone who is organised, punctual, and takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities
Visit residential properties as scheduled.
Strip used bed linen and pillowcases from beds.
Make beds with fresh, clean sheets and pillowcases.
Collect and transport used bedding and towels to the laundrette.
Report any damage, missing items, or maintenance issues noticed during visits.
Ensure properties are left clean, tidy, and secure before leaving.
Maintain excellent communication with the management team.
Requirements
Reliable and punctual.
Honest, trustworthy, and respectful when working in customers' homes.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Good attention to detail.
Able to lift and carry bags of laundry.
Ability to work independently and manage your schedule.
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an advantage but not essential.
DBS Check Required
