Job Overview
We are seeking a vigilant and proactive Mobile Security Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for patrolling designated areas, monitoring security systems, and ensuring the safety of personnel and property. Your energetic presence and keen eye for detail will help prevent loss, respond swiftly to incidents, and maintain a secure environment across various locations.
Duties
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned sites using surveillance equipment and physical inspections to deter theft and unauthorized access
- Monitor CCTV systems continuously to identify suspicious activity or security breaches
- Implement loss prevention strategies by observing and reporting potential theft or vandalism
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents, coordinating with emergency services as needed
- Perform first aid when necessary, providing immediate assistance until professional help arrives
- Maintain detailed records of patrols, incidents, and observations through shift reports and logs
- Enforce access control procedures by verifying identities and authorizations for visitors and personnel
Skills
- Strong surveillance skills with experience operating CCTV systems effectively
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques to minimize theft and property damage
- Ability to perform first aid confidently in emergency situations
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail during patrols and inspections
- Good communication skills for reporting incidents clearly and professionally
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while responding swiftly to emergencies
- Physical fitness to perform patrols that involve standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods

Pay: £26.00-£32.00 per hour
