Duties
- Providing a wide range of hair styling services including cuts, colour treatments, blow-drying, and specialised styling.
- Performing specialised services such as eyelash extensions and makeup application to enhance client satisfaction.
- Managing front desk responsibilities, including appointment scheduling and client enquiries.
- Mentoring junior team members and sharing expertise to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Upselling products and additional services to maximise client experience and salon revenue.
- Assisting with store management tasks such as stock replenishment and maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Delivering exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalised advice.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Skills
- Proven experience in hairdressing with a strong portfolio of work.
- Skills in barbering, specialising in men's grooming if applicable.
- Proficiency in store management and front desk operations.
- Expertise in eyelash extensions, makeup application, and colour techniques.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
