Experienced Daytime Telephone Market Research Interviewers required!
We conduct important research with business owners and members of the public on topics including Banking, Finance, Healthcare, Leisure & product testing.
- We currently have flexible vacancies from Monday to Friday, 3-5 days a week in our exciting Market Research telephone interviewing team.
- Whilst our physical call centre is based in Hertford, we are currently operating remotely for interviewers that are not able to interview from our physical Call Centre. A Laptop/PC and a set of headphones with a microphone attachment will be required by interviewers in order to interview remotely. (Read more about these requirements below)
- 100% No Selling involved
- Previous telephone operational experience is required (Ideally Market Research interviewing)
- A professional attitude and an excellent telephone manner is essential.
- 6-8.5 Hours a day with flexible start time ranging between 9am and 10am.
- Evening hours(subject to availability)
- All of the above is subject to 3 shift trial period.
Responsibilities
- Conduct telephone interviews to gather data for market research projects.
- Engage with participants to ensure clarity and accuracy in data collection.
- Collaborate with team members to refine interview techniques and improve data quality.
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality of participant information.
Excellent rates of pay starting at:
- £12.80 ph (*£14.34 ph with holiday pay) - aged 21 and over
- £11.00 ph (*£12.33 ph with holiday pay) (18 to 20)
- £8.37 ph (*£9.38 ph with holiday pay) (16 to 17)
*Holiday pay is calculated at 12.07% and is automatically added to your hourly rate.

- A minimum of 6 hours is required.
- A minimum of 3 days is required.

- Windows 11 Laptop or PC with the system version being 23H2 (it cannot be a Mac or Chrome Book.)
- Headset/earphones with a microphone
- Up to date and verified anti-virus software.
- Stable internet connection with a minimum of 10MB download/upload speed.
- Quiet work area with no background noise.
If you do not have access to the equipment mentioned above, then we are unable to continue your application on a work from home basis at this time.
