An exciting opportunity has become available to work within the Marketing department at Tatton Park. The position is for 1 FTE (37 hours) per week.
We're looking for a creative, organised and enthusiastic marketing professional with a particular flair for social media and content creation, who is passionate about promoting visitor attractions and delivering engaging marketing campaigns.
You will have experience working in a marketing environment, with knowledge of digital marketing, advertising, media relations, promotions and print production. You'll be confident creating and coordinating high-quality marketing materials, managing content across digital channels, and supporting campaigns that increase visitor engagement and sales. You will have a good understanding of current digital marketing trends and best practice. You'll be confident producing engaging content, supporting online campaigns, and using insights and analytics to measure performance and identify opportunities to increase reach, engagement and visitor numbers.
Working closely with colleagues, external partners and customers, you'll have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships and represent Tatton Park professionally. You'll also be comfortable analysing market research, maintaining databases, monitoring campaign activity and supporting the effective management of marketing budgets and administrative processes.
We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A keen eye for detail, strong creative skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer engagement are essential.
- Experience working in a marketing environment, with exposure to digital marketing, advertising, promotions, media relations and/or print production.
- Creativity and design skills, with the ability to produce engaging promotional materials and marketing content online and offline.
- A good understanding of digital marketing, online advertising and content marketing principles.
- Experience managing or supporting social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok or similar. Knowledge of social media management tools, analytics and audience engagement techniques.
- Strong content creation skills, including writing engaging copy, creating visual content and supporting digital campaigns.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues, customers and external organisations.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Good analytical skills, with experience using market research and customer insights to support marketing activities.
- Competent ICT skills, including Microsoft Office applications and digital marketing platforms and CMS systems.
- A flexible approach to work and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- The ability to converse confidently with customers and stakeholders
