We are a growing company and as such have an exciting opportunity for a Welder / Fabricator to join our busy fabrication business near Oakham.
The Company manufactures Traditional Estate Fencing and Legacy Edging from our new purpose built rural unit. We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking individuals to supplement the team.
Full on the job training given and opportunity for progression included being put through relevant training courses for the right candidate.
Each week there is the potential to substantiality increase your salary with overtime. In addition to this, weekend work becomes available depending on business needs.
Hours will be 7:00am - 4:00pm Monday to Friday with overtime to meet business requirements.
Requirements
- Experienced MIG welder essential
- Full driving license and own transport
Ideals:
- Experience in the building / fencing trade
- Have good time keeping skills
- Have good organisational skills
- Be able to work as part of a team and take direction as well as be happy to work independently when required.
- Be self motivated and trustworthy
