Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Auction Administrator to support the smooth running of our vehicle auctions. This full-time position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and confidence using IT systems. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate record-keeping, professional customer interaction, and efficient administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support before, during, and after auctions.
- Accurately input and update vehicle and client details into company systems.
- Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Prepare and distribute auction documentation, reports, and correspondence.
- Handle enquiries via Email and chat in a professional manner.
- Assist with general office administration to support the auction team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection requirements.
Skills & Experience Required
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Great adaptable team player
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database systems.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise workload.
- Customer service experience desirable.
