Integrum Site Services Ltd is a specialist contractor providing site investigations, subsidence investigations, drainage surveys, opening-up works, and strip-out works. With a growing client base and a reputation for delivering high-quality services, we are looking for a skilled General Builder to strengthen our team.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and versatile General Builder to support our investigative and construction works. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of building and construction, be capable of working independently or as part of a team, and take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship whilst maintaining excellent health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out a wide range of general building works, including brickwork, blockwork, concreting, plastering, rendering and minor carpentry.
- Undertake structural opening-up works to walls, floors and ceilings to facilitate building investigations.
- Excavate and reinstate trial pits, trenches and small excavations.
- Complete repairs and reinstatement works to a high standard following investigative works.
- Install and remove temporary protection and maintain clean, safe working areas.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Read and work from drawings, sketches and site instructions where required.
- Work closely with engineers, surveyors and other site personnel to deliver projects efficiently.
- Identify and report defects, unforeseen site conditions and health and safety concerns.
- Ensure all work complies with company procedures, client requirements and current health and safety legislation.
- Maintain company vehicles, tools and equipment in good condition.
- Represent the company professionally when working on client sites.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a General Builder or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of building and construction methods.
- Skilled in undertaking controlled ceiling, wall, and floor openings.
- Good awareness of health & safety on construction sites.
- CSCS card preferred.
- Driving licence desirable.
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Salary
£28,000 - £35,000
The stated salary is intended as a guideline; however, we are open to negotiation for candidates with exceptional skills, experience, and industry knowledge.
Occasional overtime on weekends
