Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, spray, and finish vehicles to a high standard, ensuring a precise colour match and flawless final finish.
- Work confidently with water-based paints and be experienced in paint mixing for accurate colour matching.
- Operate efficiently within a team to achieve total customer satisfaction.
- Maintain safe working practices and adhere to all health, safety, and manufacturer guidelines.
What We’re Looking For:
- A proactive, self-motivated individual who takes pride in their work.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ideally qualified to NVQ Level 3 in vehicle refinishing or ATA accredited; however, time-served professionals with proven experience will also be considered.
