At CLASS, we support adults aged 18–65 with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs, helping them live independently in their own homes across Birmingham and Solihull. Most of our services are based in Acocks Green.
We're currently recruiting a Sleep-In Support Worker to join our dedicated and compassionate team.
Your Responsibilities as a Support Worker will be to:
- Support service users in maintaining a clean and safe living environment, including assisting with laundry tasks.
- Provide emotional support and encouragement whenever needed.
- Administer medication in line with prescribed guidelines.
- Assist service users with managing their finances, including checking finance sheets, supporting budgeting, and reporting any concerns to your supervisor.
- Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing while delivering person-centred support.
Sleep-In Support Worker Details:
- Pay: £12.81 per hour from 8:00pm–10:00pm, plus a £40 flat-rate sleep-in payment for the overnight period until 8:00am.
- Shifts: 3 sleep-in shifts per week.
- Annual Salary: £10,236.72
- Overtime: Available if desired.
