Responsibilities
- Supervise daily café operations, including food preparation, serving, and customer service
- Lead and motivate a team of baristas, cooks, and service staff to achieve operational excellence
- Ensure all food safety protocols are strictly followed, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and oversee food production to meet guest demand
- Train new team members on food handling, customer service standards, and safety procedures
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and foster a positive team atmosphere
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
- Experience with team management and leadership in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with food production processes and kitchen operations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate staff and engage guests effectively
- Previous experience in hotel or restaurant settings is highly desirable
- Barista experience is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential
