Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator specializing in Wills, Trusts, and Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) services to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional support to clients navigating complex estate planning processes. As a key point of contact, you will ensure smooth communication, accurate data management, and a positive client experience. Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while addressing client inquiries related to Wills, Trusts, and LPA services.
- Perform precise data entry for client information, legal documents, and case updates using secure systems.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients in both English and Spanish (bilingual/multilingual capabilities preferred), ensuring they understand process steps and requirements.
- Assist clients with document preparation, verification, and submission processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Support upselling opportunities by identifying client needs for additional estate planning services and explaining available options confidently.
- Coordinate with legal teams to track case progress, follow up on outstanding documentation, and maintain organized records.
- Analyze client data to identify potential issues or opportunities for process improvement, contributing to enhanced service delivery.
Experience
- Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably within legal or estate planning environments.
- Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail to ensure accuracy of sensitive information.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable; excellent communication skills are essential.
- Familiarity with phone etiquette best practices to foster positive client interactions.
- Ability to analyze information critically and provide clear explanations or solutions.
- Experience in upselling or cross-selling services is a plus, demonstrating proactive engagement with clients.
- Prior exposure to handling confidential information in compliance with privacy regulations is preferred.
