Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for the position of Substance Misuse Lead- Clinical Nurse Specialist at Yeovil Hospital.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical nursing advice, education and leadership within the specialty to result in an improvement to the standard of care provided.
To act as a source of expertise, advice and knowledge for patients, carers and health care professionals.

You will require good communication skills, a team work approach and be able provide a high standard of nursing care with the support of your team.
