Hours: Some early starts, some long days, occasional working away (all expenses covered), occasional weekends
EMF Renewables is looking for a reliable Labourer to support our installation teams on domestic and commercial sites.
Role overview- Use mounting kit reports and bill of materials to count off deliveries and load materials to roof, using lifting equipment if available- Follow mounting kit design reports to install mounting kit to manufacturers guidelines
Follow string diagram to install DC cables and optimisers, cable management of system before panels are installed- Load and install solar panels to roof using lifting equipment and some manual handling- Assist electrical team if required
Outdoor work in all weather, Some early starts, late finishes, and nights away- Food, travel , and accommodation paid when working away
What we need- Based near Astwood Road, Worcester-Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling- Good attitude, punctual, willing to learn.
