Role Summary
The Partners Assistant supports the delivery of FatFace’s UK and International partnerships by
managing stock allocations, maintaining accurate trackers, and ensuring timely and efficient
product setup and shipments. This role works closely with the Partners Trading Manager,
Partners Advisor, and external operational teams to meet critical path deadlines and deliver
exceptional service to partners. The position requires strong organisational skills, attention to
detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while aligning
with the company’s social and environmental mission.
Role Responsibilities
- Undertake the stock allocations for all wholesale and SOR partners through Next/OGM
systems.
- Shares data and imagery for all partners in line with both Fatface and Partners critical
path. Work with Partners Operations Advisor to implement new processes.
- Maintain a strong working relationship with the external Partners operation teams,
ensuring all product set up is complete before planning deliveries.
