Homecare Solutions Ltd is a domiciliary Home care agency that provides care for the elderly in their homes.
We have a team of domiciliary care assistants/ support workers working within ECCLES M30 , WEAST & WORSLEY.
Are you an experienced care co ordinator ?
Have you used NOURISH CARE PLANNER SYSTEM before ?
Starting wage based on experience, full care co-ordination or rostering skills.
We are looking for an experienced coordinator with extensive knowledge and experience working in an Domiciliary care office setting.
You must have knowledge in all principals of care giving, care policies, safeguarding procedure, appointment/ rota setting to support management.
DESIRED CANDIDATE :
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AS A CARE CO-ORDINATER
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A BUSY CARE AGENCY OFFICE
KNOWLEDGE OF CARE PLANNER SYSTEM ideal AND ROTA SETTING
POSSESS CARE CERTIFICATES OR NVQ LEVEL 2
HAVE A DRIVING LICENCE AND CAR READY FOR YOUR WORK
EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXCEPTIONAL STANDARD OF CARE
ROLE DUTIES :
You will work along side Registered care manager, Quality manager and Team leaders to provide a well ran care service.
Assist with new client assessments for clients joining our service
Create electronic files and profiles for them on our CARE PLANNER system
Assisting in Maintaining, amending and planning the staff rotas
Liaising with staff , social workers, family members and documenting conversations where necessary.
Assisting in the investigation and resolving of any client issues
Participating in Team meetings , staff reviews , client reviews and documenting to discuss such issues.
Assisting with incoming phone calls when on Duty
Assisting in Spot checks, and staff supervision.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Temp to perm, Zero hours contract
Pay: £14.25-£16.00 per hour
