Production Operative – Warehouse and Production Team

We are a leading independent UK based manufacturer of adhesives and primers for the commercial flat roofing market, based in Stone, Staffordshire. Our full range of high-performance adhesives and primers are supplied into the market under various private label agreements to world leading manufacturers and system suppliers. We are dedicated to delivering bespoke and exceptional service, tailored to the requirements of each customer.
The Role
We currently have a vacancy for a Production Operative in our busy production department. You will be expected to work efficiently and always maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Role Overview
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
· Following production procedures
· Carrying out basic quality checks of products
· Using lifting equipment
· Labelling and packing goods
· Use and clean down of mixing equipment
· Manual handling of up to 25KG on a regular basis
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
· Production & assembly experience: 1 year (preferred)
· Forklift experience/licence (preferred)
· Drivers licence (preferred)
Education:
· GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Language:
· English (required)
· Foreign languages (advantage but not essential)
