Maintenance Joiner Needed in Belfast
- 40 hours per week with the possibility of an on-call rota (every 2-3 months)
- Competitive hourly rate, paid weekly
Initially on a temporary basis, but with the possibility of a permanent role.
I am currently working alongside a local property services contractor, who carry out a range of maintenance works, predominantly on social housing, across Belfast and further afield.
They are seeking an experienced joiner to add to their growing team, with a van and fuel card provided.
You will be responsible for working alongside the trades team, carrying out a range of response and planned maintenance duties on housing association properties.
To be considered for this position you must:

Be a time-served joiner, ideally having carried out previous maintenance work.

Have a valid CSR card and driving licence.

Be able to provide a recent employment reference.

General Joinery Work
-
1st and 2nd fix.

Responsive maintenance as and when required.

Carry
our work to high quality standards as per client specifications. -
Undertake any other duties deemed necessary by management to ensure the efficient running of the business.

This is a full-time post, working 40 hours per week.

A company van, fuel card and mobile phone are included.

NVQ level 3 or equivalent

Proven experience in a joinery and/or fit-out role.

Proficient in the use of hand and power tools

Ability to read and interpret drawings.

Attention to detail and precision in workmanship.

Valid CSR card
