Job Title: Supported Accomodation Manager
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Salary: £33,367.30 - £36,840.56 per annum (based on experience)
Contract: 1 year fixed-term (potential to extend)
Base: Gravesend

As Supported Housing Manager, you’ll inspire and guide a dedicated team while working directly with residents to provide person-centred support, develop life skills programmes, and help people move on to sustainable housing. You’ll collaborate with local partners, drive meaningful outcomes, and play a key role in shaping a compassionate, empowering service.
We’re looking for a motivated, empathetic leader with experience in mental health, housing, or complex needs—someone who believes in recovery, inclusion, and the potential in every individual.
