Back Bar Assistant (Events) X2 PEOPLE

The Ruby Supper Club is looking for a reliable and energetic Back Bar Assistant to join our team for premium private dining events, with future opportunities available.
We are NOT close to the train station, so driving to easily accessible to Dorking. If you live too far please do not apply.
You will be responsible for:
- Collecting used glasses from both dining areas.
- Washing, polishing and restocking glassware.
- Keeping the bar clean, organised and fully stocked throughout service.
- Replenishing ice, mixers and bar supplies.
- Supporting the bar and front-of-house teams to ensure fast, efficient service.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Works quickly and efficiently.
- Uses initiative and enjoys being busy.
- Has excellent attention to detail.
- Is reliable, punctual and well organised.
- Works well as part of a professional team.
- Remains calm under pressure.
Pay: £13.50 per hour plus a share of staff tips.
Future event work available for the right candidate.
