Duties
Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
Handle guest enquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and courtesy
Coordinate reservations for dining, transportation, and activities
Manage guest requests efficiently and ensure timely resolution
Maintain a clean and organised front desk area
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and record keeping
Skills
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently
This position will be based In Shoreditch London and offers both day and night shifts.
The role is 36 hours per week and will include weekend and evening working.
