Cleaner (Full-Time) – Multi-Site Role
Locations: Broadway Residential Park, The Springs Holiday Park & The Valley Showground
Areas: Broadway, Evesham & Pershore
Salary: £25,604 per annum
Hours: 7am–3pm, Monday–Friday (some flexibility available)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Driver Required: Yes – car essential for travelling between sites

The Role
We’re looking for a reliable and proactive Cleaner to join our multi-site team. You’ll carry out cleaning duties across a variety of indoor and outdoor communal areas, helping us keep our parks looking their best.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning receptions, toilets and changing rooms
- Maintaining cleanliness in swimming pool areas
- Keeping communal spaces tidy and safe
- Cleaning and preparing show homes on a rotational basis
- Ensuring high hygiene standards in line with company and health & safety procedures
- Reporting any maintenance or safety issues promptly
- Travelling between parks as required (mileage to be discussed)
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous professional cleaning experience
- Takes pride in their work and has strong attention to detail
- Can work independently and manage their time well
- Is reliable, punctual and proactive
- Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to their own vehicle
