Bar manager available to work at our Unique and Quirky bar on the sea front of Seaton Carew, great opportunity. Must have previous Bar or Restaurant Management or assistant management experience. Salary to be Discussed in interview.
Must be flexible and willing to work any of the 7 days in a week. must be reliable and punctual to set good standards for staff members to follow
Key responsibilities:
- Recruiting, training and motivating your staff
- Doing regular stock-takes and ordering as necessary
- Handling deliveries
- Maintaining the condition of beer, wine and spirits
- Enforcing health and safety rules
- Adhering to budgets, increasing profits and managing cashflow
- Dealing with difficult customers
- Dealing with cash
- Line clean
- Knowledge of dealing with Casks.
