C-Suite Chauffeur – Corporate Electric Vehicle Fleet
Salary: £3,500 per month + £500 parking allowance + Monthly Performance Bonuses

Are you a highly experienced C-Suite Chauffeur with a passion for delivering exceptional service? We are seeking a professional and proactive chauffeur to join our corporate team, driving our fleet of electric vehicles for our valued business clients.
Role Overview
This role requires experienced chauffeurs based within easy reach of Central London and London Airports. Our clients are primarily business travelers, requiring discreet, professional, and punctual transportation services.
Compensation Package
While the base salary remains unchanged at £3,500 per month, some additional performance bonuses include the folowing
Based on a 6-day working week:
- Complete 26 working days in a month and receive a £250 attendance bonus. An additional £50 service bonus will be paid if all completed rides maintain a 5-star service standard, bringing total monthly earnings to £3,800.
- Complete 30 working days in a month and your salary will be calculated based on the additional days worked above the standard schedule. A £100 performance bonus will be paid, provided a 5-star service standard is maintained throughout the month, resulting in total monthly earnings of over £4,000.
If fewer than 26 days are worked, pay will be calculated proportionally based on the £3,500 base salary.
Please note: The above figures do not include the £500 parking allowance, which is paid separately on top of the amounts stated above.
Key Qualifications
- PCO License for a minimum of three years (Required).
- Prior Chauffeuring experience required.
- 2-4 years of chauffeur experience.
- Clean full UK driving licence with excellent knowledge of Central London.
- Strong focus on passenger safety and vehicle care.
- Proficient in English for effective communication with clients.
- Willingness to complete online training (up to 4 hours, depending on individual pace).
- Non-smoker.
- Professional appearance – suit required.
- Discreet and trustworthy – must be willing to sign a Confidentiality Agreement.
- Flexible and adaptable to various client needs.
- Minimum age of 21 (for insurance purposes).
- Background in military, police, or firefighting (preferred but not required).
- Previous experience with the British Chauffeurs Guild or other professional chauffeuring firms is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing a safe, punctual, and professional chauffeur service to corporate clients.
- Focusing on a 5 star service delivery.
- Maintaining client confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Adapting to flexible schedules and client requirements.
- Ensuring the vehicle is charged before shifts.
- Keeping the vehicle clean and well-maintained.
- Completing any required training to enhance service standards.
Work Schedule & Vehicle Use
- 6-day workweek, including weekends (days may vary based on scheduling needs).
- 10-hour shifts with a 1-hour flexibility (e.g., starting 1 hour early means finishing 1 hour early and vice versa).
- Chauffeurs keep the company-provided vehicle unless on holiday, in which case it must be returned to Grays, Essex.
- Charging the vehicle before each shift is the chauffeur’s responsibility (access to charging points near home or home charging facility is recommended).
